Nursery Prices If you are in need of a
highly respected and local nursery, Little Cherubs Nursery are the
place to use. Our staff care deeply for the children that they look
after and are passionate about the educational processes that they
provide.
Our Prices Below is a list of the
prices that we charge at Little Cherubs Nursery.

Full day fees are inclusive of: Hot cooked lunch and/or afternoon tea,
mid-morning snacks. Half day fees are inclusive of a hot lunch for the morning
session and an afternoon tea for afternoon and a snack. Preschool day fees are
inclusive of a hot cooked lunch and snacks. Fees do not include – nappies &
babies’ formula, parents are asked to supply their own.
Children claiming 3 & 4 year old funding at
either 15 or 30 hours per week will be required to pay an optional daily fee
for additional services. The additional service covers; meals
and snacks, washing and hygiene supplies, toiletries, outings and
extracurricular activities . Parents must notify the nursery in writing to
opt-out of consumables charges, they are responsible for providing consumables
in line with the nursery policies. children claiming FEET funding or Early Years Pupil premium (EYPP) will not be required to pay a consumables fee.
Opening Hours The nursery is open
Monday until Friday from 7.45am to 6pm, covering most hours when you
would need childcare. Early start is available at 7.45m with an additional charge of £6.
We are closed on all
bank holidays and the period between the 25th of December and 2nd
of January, usual fees are still applied at these times.
Extra Day Sessions Extra days and sessions
can be booked but are subject to availability and payment which
should be made at drop off to the session. Extra hours can be
pre-booked for a cost of £10 per hour. If this hour is during lunch
or tea, then the parents will be charged extra for food. A minimum of
2 half sessions are required.
What Else Do I Need To Know? Sibling discount is
available at a rate of 10% for the second and third child, but this
discount only applies to the original booking. Any extra days are to
be charged at full price. Fees are still due even when the nursery is
closed on public holidays. Between Christmas and New Year when the
nursery is closed no refunds will be given from the usual monthly
fees.
If you are late to
collect your child at the end of a session or drop your child off
before the session begins, a charge of £25 will be made for every hour per child or every part 1/2 hour. This will be added to your
monthly invoice.
Terms and Conditions
A deposit of two weeks
fees are requested upon acceptance of a place and a non-refundable registration fee
of £50 is required. Please note that
deposits are not counted as your first month's fees, these are refunded to your final invoice when you leave the nursery.
Little Cherubs Nursery
require 1 months written notice to cancel your place prior to
starting. For parents that fail to give appropriate written notice,
Little Cherubs Nursery will keep the child's full deposit. Fees are
paid monthly by standing order, cash or through childcare
vouchers by no later than the 14th of each month. If not received by
this date the payee will incur a £45.00 late payment charge. Prices
are from effect of 1st January 2023. The nursery closes at 1pm on 24th
December and reopens at 7.45am on 2nd January (or the closest working
day which follows).
