If you are in need of a highly respected and local nursery, Little Cherubs Nursery are the place to use. Our staff care deeply for the children that they look after and are passionate about the educational processes that they provide. Prices include a hot cooked lunch and/or afternoon tea. Snacks are also provided during mid-morning.

Hello, I'm Leanda Nicholas. I have been at Little Cherubs since 2008, I have worked in the Baby room for the whole of my Little Cherubs Journey.

I'm Muqadas (Mac), I have worked at Little Cherubs since November 2020. I have lot's of experience working with children in nursery settings.

I'm Tas, I have been working at Little Cherubs since January 2019. I have completed my NVQ level 2.

Hi, I'm Kelly, I started at Little Cherubs in February 2020. I am a nursery practitioner with 18 years experience of working with all age groups.

I'm Rebecca, I started working at Little Cherubs in the Ladybirds Room In March 2021. I have a level 2 childcare qualification.

About Little Cherubs Nursery

Opened in October 2000, Little Cherubs Nursery has been providing childcare for parents in the West Byfleet area for many years. Owner Sally Wright bought the premises in 1999 and work began to transform the old church into the nursery we have today. Originally registered for 28 children, we expanded our size to 32 children in May 2013. We are governed by Ofsted, our most recent inspection was in May 2023, we received an overall good rating. Our manager Elaine Baston has been leading the team since August 2011, she has been working at the nursery since 2003. She holds a First Class BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies.

Aims and Objectives

Our nursery and staff have a few aims and objectives to ensure that we provide the best care and support to all our children and their parents. These include:

Building strong partnerships with parents
Meeting every child's needs
Giving every child a key person
Emphasising learning development through play
Supporting every child by using positive reinforcement
Providing many positive learning experiences
Ensuring all staff are motivated and dedicated
Having a high staff to child ratio
Providing ongoing training to staff throughout the year

Nursery Enrolment

Making sure that your child feels at home when starting nursery is important to every parent. At Little Cherubs Nursery we try to make the transition from home to nursery as easy as possible. We have a variety of facilities to help your child learn and have fun at the same time.

We offer settling in sessions to all children once they have secured a place with us. It is recommended that at least 3 settling in visits are done by each child, but we understand that some may settle more easily than others. If more visits are required, we will be on hand to offer support.
